INLAYS
To suit a standard audio cassette case, an inlay is by far the single most popular packaging you can have for your audio cassette tape release and widely regarded as an iconic and integral part of any cassette tape release. Also affectionately called a 'J-Card' an inlay will help bring your release to life.
NB: A standard one panel inlay is made up a cover panel, a spine and a 25mm return visible on the back of the case.

Our inlays are full colour print on both sides as a standard

We can print up to seven additional panels, so eight in total including the cover
Inlays are printed CMYK digitally on 170GSM gloss paper stock as a standard. We also have silk paper stock available if required, this would give more of a matt feel. Longer panel inlays will be printed on a 150GSM gloss/or silk paper stock to help reduce excess bulk in the case once packed.

For one and two panel inlays we can also print these on card stock.

O-CARDS
An O-Card be supplied to suit a cassette with or without a hard case. Printed full colour on card stock, an 'O' card offers yet another creative opportunity to make your cassette release look extra special. For a bit of added 'theatre' we can also print on the inside of the 'O' card as well, ideal if you want to have a solid colour or pattern visible on the inside when the cassette removed.

OBI STRIPS
A proper bit of retro cassette styling...the OBI strip offers yet another opportunity for your creativity to run wild. They can also make your cassette more desirable and therefore more collectable. Printed full colour on card stock as a standard.

MALTESE CROSS
A Maltese Cross is an all-card packaging option that can be printed full-colour on the inside and the outside of the pack. Its an excellent packaging option that's continued to gain in popularity in recent years. Laid flat its the shape of a cross and folds up around a cassette and can offer a really cool point of difference to your cassette release.

We offer both cellophane and shrink wrapping for your cassette release, depending on your packaging.

Cassette card mailers are available if required. Currently we only stock mailers suitable for a single cassette in either a single hard case or in an O-Card.
